Bukan hanya mengalami defisit saja, tetapi pada beberapa hari yang lalu, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) Indonesia sempat mengalami penurunan yang sangat drastis, dan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sempat membekukan pusat investasi Indonesia beberapa menit, karena buruknya angka investasi di Indonesia.
Buruknya angka IHSG atau investasi di Indonesia tersebut disebabkan oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah adanya beberapa konflik antar dunia.
Karena buruknya angka IHSG tersebut, akhirnya pemerintah Indonesia menggelar rapat dadakan dan mencari solusi untuk kesehatan ekonomi dan investasi di Indonesia.
Baru-baru ini, Ketua Dewan Ekonomi Indonesia (DEN) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan mengatakan, Presiden Prabowo Subianto telah mempunyai beberapa solusi untuk buruknya angka IHSG di Indonesia, salah satu langkah yang akan segera dilakukan adalah Beliau akan menemui para investor dan analisis pasar modal dunia.
Menurut Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, Presiden Prabowo Subianto adalah orang yang hebat, dan Beliau disegani oleh banyak pemangku kepentingan dunia, oleh karena itu, dalam beberapa hari kedepan, Beliau akan bertemu secara langsung dengan investor dan pasar modal dunia guna membahas iklim dan keberlanjutan investasi di Indonesia.

Regulasi Sangat Sulit
Ketua Dewan Ekonomi Indonesia (DEN) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan mengatakan, berdasarkan laporan dari pusat bank dunia atau World Bank, maka dijelaskan bahwa 86 persen para pelaku usaha asing sangat kesulitan dalam mengurus kontrak atau regulasi investasi di Indonesia, dan mereka membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 65 hari untuk menyelesaikan regulasi tersebut.
Menurut Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, beberapa negara tetangga lebih unggul dalam regulasi investasi, dan banyak investor asing yang lebih memilih melakukan investasi di negara lain, karena mudahnya mengurus regulasi investasi.
Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan mengaku bahwa regulasi di Indonesia memang agak sulit, bahkan proses pengadilan tentang sengketa bisnis asing di Indonesia dapat memakan waktu hingga 150 hari kerja.
Banyak pihak yang juga menyebut bahwa regulasi investasi di Indonesia sangat berbelit-belit, tumpang tindih, dan membebani calon investor.
Oleh karena itu, saat ini pemerintah telah memprioritaskan percepatan izin dan merubah regulasi investasi Indonesia menjadi lebih mudah dan mengandalkan teknologi terkini.
Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan optimis bahwa pertemuan Presiden Prabowo Subianto dengan para investor dan analisis pasar modal dunia akan membuahkan hasil yang maksimal, dan beberapa hari setelah pertemuan tersebut, maka akan ada gebrakan besar atau pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat dari roda investasi dan pasar modal di Indonesia.
