KPU Nilai Ahok Melanggar Bila Tidak Lampirkan Surat Cuti Saat Pilgub
Beritaterkini.biz – Berita Terkini, Jakarta – Ketua KPU DKI Jakarta Sumarno mengatakan kalau petahana tidak melampirkan surat kesediaan cuti atau menggunakan fasilitas negara baik itu program pemerintah juga dinilai melakukan pelanggaran. Seperti yang diketahui, Gubernur DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahaja Purnama alias Ahok menolai memakai hak cuti walau itu merupakan kewajiban.
Ahok pun tengah menggugat aturan itu. “Menggantikan pejabat usai ditetapkan sebagai calon pasangan calon gubernur dan calon wakil gubernur tidak diperbolehkan. Jadi enggak boleh ada penggantian calon kalau udah ditetapkan oleh KPU itu bisa membatalkan pencalonan,”ucap Sumarno.
Selain itu, Sumarno menyebutkan ada beberapa pelanggaran yang dapat membuat para pasangan calon didiskualifikasi selama masa kampanye. Contohnya mengkampanyekan soal-soal SARA yang termasuk dalam pelanggaran pelaksanaan kampanye.
“Nanti Bawaslu yang bakal menyemprit. Jadi kampanye yang menebar kebencian, sentimen SARA, black campaign dan sebagainya itu termasuk pelanggaran,”ucap dia.
Sambungnya, selama kampanye Bawaslu DKI bakal melakukan pengawasan dan pendalaman. Mereka juga mempunyai tim gabungan penegakan hukum yang terdiri dari Bawaslu, Polisi dan Kejaksaan. Sanksi yang diberikan bisa berupa teguran tertulis sampai menskors jadwal kampanye.
“Contohnya mereka melakukan pelanggaran berat dan diberikan sanksi tidak boleh berkampanye pada hari yang sudah dijadwalkan,”katanya.
Tidak cuma itu, kalau terbukti melakukan politik uang atau menjanjikan sesuatau atau memberikan uang sebagai mahar-mahar politik dari calon ke partai politik atau sebaliknya juga termasuk pelanggaran.
