Bupati Tangerang DIperiksa Oleh KPK Kasus Reklamasi
Berita Terkini – Beritaterkini.biz, Bupati Tangerang Ahmed Zaki Iskandar di periksa oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Jumat (22/4/2016). Ahmed di panggil untuk memberi info dalam masalah sangkaan suap anggota DPRD DKI Jakarta, Berkaitan dalam soal proyek reklamasi.
” Di periksa sebagai saksi berkaitan penerimaan hadiah atau janji mengenai Raperda Reklamasi serta Raperda mengenai Gagasan Tata Ruangan lokasi Strategis Pantai Utara Jakarta, ” tutur Pelaksana Harian Kepala Biro Humas KPK Yuyuk Andriati di Gedung KPK, Jakarta, Jumat (22/4/2016).
Terkecuali Ahmed, Penyidik KPK juga memanggil seseorang pegawai negeri sipil bernama Didin Syamsuddin. Diluar itu, dua pihak swasta yang bakal disuruhi info, yaitu Halim Kumala serta Syaiful Zuhri dengan kata lain Pupung.
Ke empat orang itu bakal di check sebagai saksi untuk tersangka Ketua Komisi D DPRD DKI Jakarta, M Sanusi.
Masalah ini berawala waktu KPK menangkap tangan Sanusi, Di satu pusat perbelanjaan di Jakarta, Selesai terima duit pemberian dari Presiden Direktur PT Agung Podomoro Land Ariesman Widjaja.
Ia disangka terima suap dengan cara bertahap yang jumlahnya meraih Rp 2 miliar. Suap itu disangka berkaitan kajian Rancangan Ketentuan Daerah (Raperda) mengenai Gagasan Zonasi Lokasi Pesisir serta Pulau-pulau Kecil Propinsi DKI Jakarta 2015-2035 serta Raperda mengenai Gagasan Lokasi Tata Ruangan Lokasi Strategis Pantai Jakarta Utara.
Terkecuali Sanusi, KPK juga sudah mengambil keputusan Ariesman Widjaja sebagai tersangka.
