Presiden Joko Widodo Menargetkan Investasi Rp 1.400 Triliun Pada Tahun 2023
Berita Terkini – Presiden Joko Widodo mengumumkan bahwa pada tahun 2023 pemerintah ditargetkan untuk mempunyai angka investasi sebesar Rp 1.400 triliun.
Beda dengan pekan sebelumnya, pada tahun 2022 lalu, Presiden Joko Widodo menargetkan angka investasi sebesar Rp 1.200 triliun, dan pemerintah dapat berhasil melampaui target hingga Rp 1.207 triliun.
Diketahui, investasi merupakan kegiatan penempatan dana atau anggaran pada satu atau lebih dari satu jenis aset selama periode tertentu, dengan tujuan mendapatkan penghasilan atau peningkatan nilai.
Investasi mempunyai banyak manfaat bagi negara, mulai dari terhindar dari inflasi dan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi negara Indonesia.
Ekonom sekaligus Direktur Eksekutif Segara Institute Piter Abdullah mengatakan, target investasi yang telah diberikan oleh Presiden Joko Widodo sangat realistis.
Tetapi, harus dengan syarat yaitu proses pemulihan ekonomi nasional tidak terganggu pelemahan yang dapat terjadi di tingkat global.
“Syarat utamanya pemulihan ekonomi nasional tidak terganggu, misal merebaknya kembali pandemi. Kalau dari sisi insentif investasi saya kira sudah mencukupi,” ujar Piter Abdullah.
Piter Abdullah juga mengatakan bahwa target investasi Rp 1.400 triliun dapat tercapai dengan mudah jika pemerintah dapat konsisten.
“Tinggal bagaimana pemerintah konsisten dengan semua kebijakannya. Sehingga memberikan kepastian dan keyakinan bagi investor asing,” ujar Piter Abdullah.
Piter Abdullah juga mengatakan bahwa saat ini Indonesia hanya tinggal melanjutkan pemulihan ekonomi pada tahun 2023 ini di tengah-tengah adanya inflasi global atau ekonomi global yang lesu.
“Pilihan investor global untuk menempatkan investasinya di tengah kondisi global lesu tidak banyak, terbatas. Sehingga Indonesia yang mampu pulih lebih cepat akan nampak menarik bagi investor global,” ujar Piter Abdullah.
Selanjutnya, Piter Abdullah mengaku bahwa pemerintah telah memberikan kemudahan investasi melalui regulasi yang ada.
Termasuk dengan adanya penerbitan UU Cipta Kerja dan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja (Perppu Cipta Kerja).
“Di sisi lain, indonesia juga konsisten mendorong hilirisasi memanfaatkan semua potensi sumber daya alam mineral seperti nickel dan tembaga,” ujar Piter Abdullah.
Jokowi: Semua Dapat Tercapai Jika Konsisten
Presiden Joko Widodo atau yang biasa dikenal dengan Jokowi mengatakan bahwa dirinya sangat bersyukur karena dengan kerja keras dan konsisten maka kita dapat mencapai target investasi pada tahun 2022 hingga Rp 1.207 triliun.
“Dari target Rp 1.200 triliun tahun 2022 ini tercapai di Rp 1.207 triliun,” ujar Presiden Joko Widodo.
Presiden Joko Widodo mengatakan bahwa dengan adanya investasi yang besar tersebut sangat berdampak positif bagi perekonomian negara, mulai dari terciptanya lapangan kerja, dan masih banyak lagi.
“Ini sangat bagus karena bisa menciptakan lapangan kerja 1,3 juta,” ujar Presiden Joko Widodo.
Presiden Joko Widodo juga mengaku bahwa investasi di negara Indonesia dapat tersebar di berbagai daerah, bukan hanya di Pulau Jawa saja.
“Di tahun 2022 ini 53 persen di luar Jawa. Sehingga investasi jadi kunci pertumbuhan ekonomi kita,” tutup Presiden Joko Widodo.
